Coaching for ILCA/Laser

               # Entry Fee: $55 for QLA members and $95 for non QLA members (for the two days)

               # Content: Coaching topics will be aimed at mid level club sailors and will include boat handling and setup, starting, upwind and downwind technique, plus student suggestions
